01

Who we are

Arrow Maze ("the app") is a puzzle game published by UNROT Games, a brand owned by Unroot Labs ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles, why, and the choices you have.

02

No account required

You never create an account or sign in. We don't run a server that stores a profile for you.

03

What stays on your device

Your level progress, daily challenge results, statistics, achievements, username, avatar and settings (dark mode, sound, haptics) are saved only in the app's private storage on your phone. We don't receive or upload any of it.

04

Profile photo

If you choose your own profile picture, the app opens your photo library only at that moment, and the picture you pick stays on your device. It is never uploaded or shared.

05

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of Arrow Maze shows ads (banners, short videos you choose to watch for hints or skips, and occasional full-screen ads between levels) provided by Google AdMob. To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect:

  • your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers,
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it,
  • device and app information (model, OS version, language),
  • ad interactions (views, taps) and diagnostic data.

Google processes this data under its own policies: How Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google Privacy Policy.

06

Your ad choices

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google's consent tool. You can change your choice anytime in the app under Settings → Ad privacy choices.

Anywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone's settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on the device). Premium subscribers see no ads.

07

Premium subscription (Google Play & RevenueCat)

Premium is an optional monthly subscription bought through Google Play. Google handles all payment details; we never see your card or billing information.

To check whether Premium is active, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription service. RevenueCat receives a random, anonymous app user ID, your Google Play purchase records for this app (product, purchase date, renewal and expiry), and basic device information such as OS version, IP address and country. It does not receive your name or email. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

08

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal data, we don't run our own analytics, and we don't collect your name, email address, contacts or precise location.

09

Security

Data sent to Google and RevenueCat is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Game data on your phone stays in storage only the app can read.

10

Children's privacy

Arrow Maze is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we'll help remove it.

11

Deleting your data

Use Settings → Reset Game Data in the app to erase your progress, or uninstall the app to remove everything stored on your device. To reset ad data, reset your advertising ID as described in section 6. For anything else, including requests about subscription records, email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

12

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to certain processing. Because we hold almost no data ourselves, most requests are best handled through the in-app and device settings above, but you can always contact us.

13

Changes to this policy

If the data the app handles changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
